I mean, they also did Six26 which is good. They seem to be able to change their style up. Ashford is their Hoboken bro bar. I’ll give this a chance. It’s better than what was there !

When I heard that I was skeptical at first. BUT as a chef I can tell you they got the same chef who did Blue Smoke in Manhattan. For those of you who may not know, Blue Smoke was one of the first BBQ joints in Manhattan almost 15 years ago, and paved the way for many more GOOD bbq places. Emphasis on being good. There use to be a lot of trash bbq places. He showed us what great bbq is. So I'm excited.
