12 mins ago it was two cops, the bike, and just the car with the completely shattered windshield. But I was on the other side of bus

So, cyclist had to swerve to the road, as the bike lane was blocked, which resulted in them getting hit. Am I understanding correctly?

Possibly, did not witness it but definitely a head on collision with speed, the windshield looked like someone jumped out of a two story window, maybe three.
