I’ve been to dullboy and to me it wasn’t a casual bar, more of spot for a 2nd date

It has decent ambiance for a date but you’re right it’s not that casual.

Can you explain? Not saying you are wrong I’m just curious what people think makes a bar casual vs not. I’m used to only thinking about that word in terms of dress code.
