Anyone else have trouble with this? I try and add the amount to the cart but there is no cart, it just returns me to the original screen. It's infuriating.

Once it returns to the original screen, do you have Home and Cart (1) large icons in the upper right? Your shopping cart now contains one item but you have to click that to get to it. I know that's not the typical behavior exhibited by online retailers.

I just tried it on my phone and had to turn it to landscape in order to access a dropdown titled "Menu" and get to the options for Home and Cart. (Without turning to landscape, the dropdown is blocked by other text and I couldn't open it at all.)

One problem I have with it is that the main look-up portion now brings up a security warning because it's HTTP rather than HTTPS. So going from the main city site tax info page to the system to look up/'add to cart' is going through an insecure site. I've been in touch with the tax office multiple times about this but they claim it's not a problem because the actual payment portion is secure again. I think this looks really bad, and I think some browsers might have security settings that actually prevent filling out insecure forms. Personally, I don't trust it and actually sent a check! (Previously I'd been doing it online.)

I was going to say that if it's past the 10 day grace period, you have to pay in person for this quarter because it immediately starts being processed for a tax sale.

But just went on and saw that the due date is now 11/28 for the 4Q tax. I have the add to cart button on the desktop site.
