YES! The state even did a fucking study that said that it was good idea but for some reason can't find the funding to do it... but yet the DoT can magically summon 10 billion for 6 miles of highway

Thanks for that, I didn't know about that study, but as a lifelong professional creative, I've found that some ideas are pretty obvious. I do think it's too ambitious trying to take JFK, that's why I propose Ocean & Summit.
