When did you buy though, I mean when the building opened that was like $350k; now it's probably more like $800k. With the massive year over year increases in DTJC, it's easy to loose touch with current markets if you haven't shopped around in awhile.

Also, cranky old man yells into the wind: The rent's too damn high, everything's too damn expensive.

Read their reviews... Google the building they have poor water pressure and no hot water all year round for 3700 dollars and more
