Commercial space for something like this is at a premium. Something like that would need multplie rooms large enough to accommodate a group of people. Most commercial properties here are relatively small. It's why I kind of hate that any old warehouse or building is torn down just to building apartment buildings. There were some that could have been saved and turned into viable options for things like this.

Plus, if this sub is any indication, the noise complaints stemming from something like this would be through the roof. It would have to in a building with no residents or away from any residential buildings. The one in Palisade Park is a stand alone building shared with a medical office next door.

I always felt like harborside could house something like this. I picture that it could be similar to the shops at Columbus circle, which has a kind of mall and upscale restaurants.
