2k max for 1-2 beds is near impossible unless you go somewhere with roaches

I’m aware, and it’s something I’m going to be hyper focused on. It’s challenging to find good places in that range, but it’s doable. I’ve already researched a few. Im not looking for anything fancy, either. And I’m open to other suggestions, whether in the surrounding areas, etc. Thanks!
