Maybe the city gave you the wrong information if you are seeing signs in your neighborhood. Yes there are signs on both sides but you’ll notice they have different days on them.

I took a walk and you are eight. For some reason I remember seeing them with the same times. But no there are no residential permit parking spots by me.

I think they only enforced that in the heights & downtown right now. They’re probably making their way over.
