My wife and I found this dog shaking and hiding with no collar. He is most certainly someone’s pet. I contacted animal control to come pick him up but if you recognize this dog please PM me ! We are just chilling with him in our apartment hallway warming him up.

Oh my gosh he can absolutely stay at our apartment until his parents come for him.
