I see a lot of people use the Got Junk service in JC, they pick things up and take it away. May be worth a look.

There are several charities (Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, etc.) that will pick up furniture from your home. Better than throwing it away, and you'll get a tax deduction too.

Buy Nothing group on Facebook. I think the bed frame will go easily. The mattress/boxspring is trickier because people are worried about bedbugs, but there might still be takers.
