There are several charities (Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, etc.) that will pick up furniture from your home. Better than throwing it away, and you'll get a tax deduction too.

Buy Nothing group on Facebook. I think the bed frame will go easily. The mattress/boxspring is trickier because people are worried about bedbugs, but there might still be takers.

What neighborhood are you in? Surely you have some neighbors who would help you bring stuff to the curb.
