Best casual lunch spots downtown?

What are your favorite casual lunch spots downtown? I’m talking about a place to grab food quick and some seating to eat without a full sit down experience. Been going to the same handful of spots and want some new ideas.

McDonalds I heard is pretty good. The one at the mall.

Milano’s, short grain and Prato are great sandwich places and will give you a pretty big variety.

I really like Koro Koro, and they just redid the interior to make room for seating. Uncle Momo is great. Eira and Beechwood are nice cafes with good menus.

Maggie’s espresso is good, lots of yummy take away options - not sure if that’s down town enough though

Only unique place left that comes to mind is Nicole's. There used to be so many more diverse cheap eats joints. I really miss the Polish places on Grove, and the Chinese place where Grand Szechuan is that had a lunch steam table.

POKAY, any Prato location, Ella Greek Kitchen, Little Sandwich Shop for grab and go or really in a time pinch eat and run

I would pop in and have a smashing bowl of ramen at Miso Ramen for lunch. Always a nice treat. It is technically full sit down but it really is super casual. For just single diners they have this long counter so you aren't sitting at a table.
