I’m going to a holiday party and have been tasked with bringing a salad. I want it to serve about 15 people so it’s a little bigger then I want to make myself. Does anyone have any recommendations on a restaurant that they’ve used? Doesn’t need to be anything fancy. Just a basic house salad.

Cangiano’s has a house salad that serves 12 for $50 on their catering menu.
