I had a bad (painful lol) experience with a cleaning last year and haven't been back to the dentist I saw downtown. Not to mention they tried to sell me on a bunch of work that I didn't need for things that weren't actually on my x-rays?

Anyway, looking for a good dentist that won't scam me for a teeth cleaning and some other basic work!

I would avoid True Dental. They are a disaster in every way.

Been to Modern Family Dentistry twice. First went fine, second was ROUGH despite asking her to be more gentle.

Dental associates of Jersey City. Dr Hana is awesome and the lady at reception is a saint. I got burned at True Dental when they said they “work with my insurance”, which just meant they were put of network and sucked up most of my deductible. Dr Hana’s office was up front and even got estimates from insurance companies for my filings to get an accurate cost

Journal Square Dental. I loved them. My hygienist Stefany is amazing. Best hygienist I've ever had clean my teeth. And the dentist is really thorough and friendly.

JC dental, no scams; will always ask if you want to do any procedure (even something simple). The staff are so kind and make you feel comfortable

I make the trip into the city to go to Tend. They are so calm and understanding. They recommended my wisdom teeth but were understanding when I wanted to get my braces out first. Wall St is my ortho and I get three times a year cleaning there too.
