Haus25 is overpriced and isn’t any better than other upscale housing in the area. It’s because they have 5% of units as affordable unit so they make market rates eat the difference.
They want to charge prime Manhattan price that’s a laugh.

They are running a promo right now with 1-2 months free. That’s not much of a discount. I’m going to repeat what I said with a different poster, Jersey City luxury apartments are relatively cheap right now and it’s the winter. You might have to pay someone to take it over. Newport has apartments the same size for ~3k.
