So many people respond to these types of posts with condescending remarks. Do you not realize that dual income couples that commute to NYC for work make hundreds of thousands of dollars per year?

What I pay at Haus is half of what I was paying in city making mid 6 figures. No car, meals taken care of a work, my only expense was literally rent. Plus 1/2 the commute time to work, plus no 4% city tax. JC is literally a no brainer for folks who would prefer to say fuck off to NYC
