Yes, just after the incident I downloaded the footage and calculated she was going around 25mph, definitely not speeding.

Sorry but arithmetic don't lie. I measures the distance between the crosswalks, noted the timestamp when she crossed and did the calculation. Feel free to do it yourself.

If she crossed the intersection at 25mph she’d be crawling, not zipping through as can plainly be seen. Her car wouldn’t bounce.
