If you are a resident why not using street parking with a permit?

Once you are a resident, you can get a street permit for 15$/year. I park in that area and while sometimes I have to park a block away from my home, most times it's in front !! :)

Agreed esp with wfh most days. Almost always within eyesight of my windows if not VIP spot in front of building.

HP is way easier than other areas to park. Should give it a shot before laying out hundreds for a parking space.

Thanks, is that the Newport shopping mall?

Newport Mall, the lot on the Hamilton Park side is called Denison Parking. If you can show/prove HP residency you can park there for cheap. When you first call they tell you some huge number, like $400/month, to park there, but you have to dig in and tell them you live in HP and need the lower rate. You have to have a signed lease or an electric bill I think.
