My father passed away last week and we've had no luck finding a place. We've tried Chandelier but my family really wants to cater food from a different restaurant and the Chandelier doesn't allow that. We're considering Moose Lodge or Catholic War Veterans post in Bayonne. Other than that, there haven't been any other contenders. Are there any other places that are available? Capacity needs to hold 70-80 people.

Edit: thank you for all the suggestions and condolences. We found a restaurant in bayonne that should will cover all of the food and essentials and has the capacity.

In addition to the VFW and American Legions you can reach out to the Churches in the area and see if you can use their school cafeterias, halls, etc.

Similarly, there is an American Legion post in Hoboken, as well as several VFW posts in the local area.

Condolences. I've been to a number of events at the Elks Club in Hoboken. There's also an Elks & American Legion in Weehawken.

Secaucus also has an Elks and VFW. Probably closer to go there than to Bayonne.
