Can see the school from my house. You can hear football games with the windows closed a tad but nothing that would even stop me from sleeping. When outside today I could hear the baseball announcer, but nothing from inside. Traffic gets busy at 8:00 and 3:00, and I’d recommend just taking Madison instead of Franklin at those times and avoiding Bunts between the two. No issues whatsoever, plenty of kids walk by before and after school and not once have I seen one do anything rude. The upstairs gym is for the public, but is $27 a month or $270 a year. It’s not the biggest gym but always empty at lunch so it’s great to be able to walk there and back. And I love the neighborhood
