i need a place in lakewood but my last 3 apartments in lakewood have had paperthin walls, like a changing room at target. do such places even exist? is this my permanent reality?

im looking for a 2 bdrm or a large 1 bdrm for around 800-900

Hmm I never had an issue at Castlewood. I think it’s around 1,500 for a 2 bed.

I’m at Castlewood, only about $1200 for a 2B. My neighbor downstairs is deaf and watches Fox News at full volume, but other than that, I don’t hear anyone really.

Do you have one of the remodeled apartments? Any time someone moves out now they remodel the kitchen and put in all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new flooring. Same with the bathrooms and then they hike the price a few hundred bucks lol.

take what you can get, you can always be the neighbor that plays music 24/7 not like ignorantly loud. but loud enough to where you dont here your neighbor poop in the morning and they wont you.
