Hmm I never had an issue at Castlewood. I think it’s around 1,500 for a 2 bed.

I’m at Castlewood, only about $1200 for a 2B. My neighbor downstairs is deaf and watches Fox News at full volume, but other than that, I don’t hear anyone really.

take what you can get, you can always be the neighbor that plays music 24/7 not like ignorantly loud. but loud enough to where you dont here your neighbor poop in the morning and they wont you.

Do you have one of the remodeled apartments? Any time someone moves out now they remodel the kitchen and put in all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new flooring. Same with the bathrooms and then they hike the price a few hundred bucks lol.
