Check out “Melting Mannequins” by my prog rock band Funhouse Mirrors. The song switches genres constantly. At one point it goes from soft beachy vibes to the angriest punk while it’s all in odd time signatures. It also mixes many influences you wouldn’t expect working together such as Frank Zappa, Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys, and King Gizzard. It is just so weird and unpredictable.
