This is an alternate version of a song I just released -- the "original" was released back in June and this included on an EP released in October. I always felt the song worked in both a "fast" and "slow" mode so I asked my producer to just treat it as two different tracks. For this one, it takes a slower, bluesier pace — necessitating chopping down the lyrics a tad. Also some gospel-y vocals come in on the second verse, provided by Americana artist ArtmesiaBlack.

Would b curious to how people would classify it genre wise and who they would compare it to.
