Where to watch Jeopardy when preempted by Patriots?

It’s Jeopardy championship season and I’m hooked. Tonight’s episode, like on many Fridays, is preempted in favor of Patriots All Access. That’s fine, I enjoy watching the Pats, but where and when can I catch the episode of Jeopardy? Never looked into it before because I’ve never been as compelled but the upcoming Matt Amodio/Amy Schneider showdown is something I don’t want to miss. (Yes I know they’re not playing yet, but I still want to figure out my options)

Thanks!! My TV missed that channel when I scanned after getting a digital antenna, I didn’t even realize it was there!

I checked and it's not included in the Hulu subscription I'm mooching off of.
