Not saying this particular place is or isn’t, because your right, the actions of an individual don’t necessarily represent the views of a group, but obviously any business can have a pattern of racist behavior in its employees/owners, and I think anyone who’s not being argumentatively obtuse would refer to that as that business being racist.

I know my ex employer was.
