I was actually going to the natural market, it's next to this house. Filho's Cucina has great food. Gibbet hill restaurant is always a favorite. My husband and I hike to the top of gibbet hill. Bancroft castle is at the top. Beautiful views and a nice spot to watch the sunset.

I second Gibbet. There’s Dolce Amar which is amazing desserts. And the rail trail near by for walking.
Also, in neighboring Ayer there’s Lucia’s which is great, as well as Osawa for sushi.

Ruby donuts in Ayer is epic.

There is some art installation in the Groton woods which is a bunch of chimes that play in the wind. I went once as a kid but now I have no idea where it is or what it was called. It's a small hike to get to and near some power lines.
Plus IMO it's always fun to park at the rail trail stop down the road from the library and walk on a nice day.

It’s the Forest Bells Trail. It’s an installation by a relative of Matisse! https://www.paulmatisse.com/forest-bells

Groton is in my top 5 favorite MA towns to drive through. I should stop there sometime. Anyone have suggestions about things to check out?
Edit: Things to check out other than restaurants. I like interesting/odd/unique shops, and historical places.
