That bill never made it to the floor for a vote so your legislators would only have voted on it if they served on the transportation committee for the 2019-2020 session (assuming there was an actual committee vote). A similar proposal passed as part of the economic development bill that session.

Gotcha. I thought it had become law, but I guess I had it confused with the provision in the economic development bill. Thanks

If you are referring to the economic development bill (H.5250), it passed unanimously in the Senate.
