I think another way Massachusetts is special is how diverse our landscape is. We MUST be leading in that department. It’s insane to me how the berkshires, Boston, and cape cod are all in the same state. For the size we are, it’s an incredible and drastic change of setting.
We literally have a built in Florida!

Moved here from Michigan which is similar in that regard. Was kind of worried but I love it here. Coastlines, forests, hills, and everything is really nice here lol. Love all the seasons as well! Beautiful state and love how active most people are.

Yes but it’s a huge ass state so of course there’s going to be landscape diversity. The point is Massachusetts is tiny in comparison

You know…the guy who was indicted for racketeering and securities fraud in an insider trading investigation?
Who was sentenced to ten years in prison, fined $600 million, and permanently barred from the securities industry by the Securities and Exchange Commission?
And who was pardoned by President Donald Trump on February 18, 2020?
I wish we didn’t allow swindlers and crooks to make billions and then reinvent themselves as celebrity philanthropists. Especially when that involves getting a pardon from a criminal like Trump.

Highest score in Education, second after Hawaii for Health, fourth in Personal Freedom and Tolerance and 26th or 27th in Economic Equity. Sounds about right. Mississippi ranked last.
