I want a whole list of the Toyota and Honda dealerships which sell at MSRP, given around the Boston area, some Toyota and most Honda dealers are notorious for hiding the price online and making you get to the dealership to find out the real price.
I know for sure my local Hyundai (Mirak) sells at MSRP and has several Elantras on the lot
Quirk Hyundai (2nd closest) sells at MSRP and has several Elantras on the lot
I know for sure my local Mazda (Quirk) sells at MSRP and has several Mazda3 and CX-30 on the lot
Sentry West Mazda sells at MSRP and has several Mazda3 and CX-30 on the lot
My local Honda (Cambridge Honda) has a markup, along with several others such as McGovern in Everett, Herb Chambers in Dorchester/Westborough, and Lundgren Honda in Auburn
Several Toyotas around my area sell at MSRP (Watertown, Lexington, Wellesley) but all have inventory shortages
Herb Chambers Toyota in Allston/Auburn and Boch Toyota in Norwood all have markups
McGee Toyota in Dudley sell at MSRP

Honda encourages their franchises to sell above MSRP. They've been doing it for years, hugely hyped it up when the HRV first was released.
What I can tell you from working in the auto industry:
Quirk doesn't trade with anyone which gives them the power if they have the only model and combo you want in the area. They will only trade with other Quirk stores
Honda and Toyota are inventory leaders, not gross leaders. Meaning they're looking to sell the highest amount vs holding gross in cars. Works for you to have them compete against each other.
There are several dealers I wouldn't trust. Honda North in Reading is good. Chambers is decent.
Mirak is a solid dealership as is Watertown Toyota. There are ones I wouldn't buy from - Ira being one of them.
