The is where I would use that as + for cape cod. Nobody’s there but the beaches don’t go anywhere. White mountains are great too but cape inn the summer is a nightmare.

Cape in early summer or late autumn is good. But in the winter, the restaurants, beaches, everything is closed. You're basically just living in the countryside
