I use Discover and Capital One. Discover because it was convenient at the time i opened it. And capital one i’ve always had good experiences with them and although they don’t really have many full banks they have cafe-style branches around me.

Or search for a good credit union for good loan interest rates. I’ve heard Navio is good in Cambridge and Somerville if you’re in that area.
