If I venture a guess, there's a warm weather crowd and a cold weather crows made up of millions of people and you hear complaints from each perspective pending the weather, which brings out the complainers of the people complaining about the weather, which in turn will bring out the complainers in the comments of posts complaining about the different groups of people complaining about the weather.
