As far as learning to drive, you could go to a driving school who will pick you up at your address and show you how to drive well enough to pass your test.

That is the best way to go as insurance companies give discounts (usually) for those who complete the classes. They know what is going to be on the test, what you need to work on.

I'm taking classes but only once a month. I was driving my grandmother's car everywhere with a supervisor bit she got a new car and gave me the old one. I don't want to drive her new expensive car so I have to get the old one on the road if I want to keep practicing.
