Call the company.
A laser thermometer may be useful in finding stud bays with colder spots (for exterior walls with blown insulation) - especially if your home has fireblocks in the framing.

I had the blown in insulation done. There are sometimes cavity's in the walls that they can't fill for some reason, the framing or pipes, openings at the bottom stuff like that.
When I had it done they had to do a report afterwards, they used the thermal camera to review the insulation, it had to cover a certain percentage of the house, then that had to put a report on the wall next to the electric panel that it had been certified.

Will do. We do have fireblocks so thinking they got ~half the wall.
