Small claims court. Bring a copy of the screenshot and file. UPS will probably pay the bonus to you to settle the suit — fighting in small claims court against a single charge requires them to hire an attorney and that alone will cost more than what you’re owed.

It's the postal service, not UPS, but I will say they definitely already have attorneys available. I've worked for them and they really can be complete assholes to deal with. Their best bet is to start with a letter from an attorney and take it from there.
