the sign on bonus might be only if you stay for a certain amount of time. I didn’t get mine until a little over 90 days after

What were the terms of the sign on bonus - read the employment offer. If it requires a certain length of employment, did you meet that criteria?

I have a screenshot of the information where they mention the sign on bonus for temp drivers, and I dis referred someone for the same position I was working, and he got his sign on bonus on time.

Is there any mention of the bonus in an offer letter, email or onboarding docs?
Have you asked the company about this? I know there's also a union. They may be interest even if you weren't a member.

Small claims court. Bring a copy of the screenshot and file. UPS will probably pay the bonus to you to settle the suit — fighting in small claims court against a single charge requires them to hire an attorney and that alone will cost more than what you’re owed.

Post the paperwork of the agreement if you can. Also, the Attorney Gen’l office might be the place to start. They are extremely aggressive with employers who owe employees. You can file online.

It's the postal service, not UPS, but I will say they definitely already have attorneys available. I've worked for them and they really can be complete assholes to deal with. Their best bet is to start with a letter from an attorney and take it from there.
