It will happen right around the time commuter rail stations allow out of town residents to park there, and also have high density housing all around them.

Trying to stuff large amounts of commuters every weekday into expensive, tiny, overcrowded and hard-to-access Boston is a fool’s errand. Boston has reached the limits of its growth.
