Just that we in the US can't use them correctly. Which from my own imperfect and independent study seems to be fairly accurate.

Roundabouts have been in Europe for a very long time.
It took a while, but the US is now catching up.
Before they somehow refused, as it is more difficult for a truck to get around a roundabout.

But it is a silly thing to make fun of Americans though.
Plenty of better reasons.

They got ramped edges for the trailer tires.
