I'm surprised they don't have rechargeable batteries you just plug in when not using in this day and age. Fucking everything else does. The only reason I have AA and AAAs anymore is for my TV remotes.

I had a Samsung HD telly from like 2003 or something, it only recently failed on me. But I never once changed the batteries in the remote. If it wouldn't register my button push, I just rolled the batteries a couple of times and it worked. Every time.
