The reason we have NNN is because it's said that if you're addicted to something, 30 days of not having it is a good length of time to impactfully lessen the addiction

It was a challenge (in the same month as movember) to try and stop wanking as much, then it just turned into a meme, it was never about entirely stopping jizzing
