Get rid of offsides. It slows the game down and is hard for most observers to understand. It’s also stupid.
Punish fake injuries and possibly get rid of personal fouls. Have a penalty box like hockey. Maybe only allow players to kick each other.
Make legitimate close shots on the goal result in a corner kick instead of turning the ball over to the goalie. This way players are rewarded for taking risky shots. And a missed shot doesn’t result in the game’s momentum halting to a stop. It’ll result in more goals and make plays happen more often.

No it won't. The game is boring because they play so safe to keep possession and take dives for penalty kicks.
Just make all tackles legal. They won't fake injuries anymore because even real ones play on, and they'll move the ball more for the sake of their precious ankles.

Making all tackles legal would be a real bad idea. It's super easy to just severely injure an opposite player with a nasty tackle to the ankle.
Fake injuries should be discouraged by simply stopping the clock and resuming once play resumes. And fake dives for penalties can be discouraged with the VAR and giving yellow cards more easily for fake dives.
Also, I personally feel that talking back to the referee should be punishable by a yellow card. In almost no sport it is allowed in any way, yet in football it's almost the norm to start an argument with the referee once the whistle blows.

How to fix soccer: Make the field smaller. Too many players on the field. Limit to 3 forwards, 2 defenders, and a goalie. Players can come in and out when we they want, no stopping the game. Shrink the goal. Ice everywhere.

It would be really boring, because everyone would just shoot the second they are close enough (which is still outside the box). It would basically be like if basketball only had 3 pointers.
