Sadly CPUs dont do that.

And till today idk why cpu0 is the best.

Like 16core cpu. First 4 cores are the best and it gets worse the higher you go

Single threadded applications nowadays are so dumb. People, we live in a time where there are consumer "workstation" CPUs that have 128 threads! Only utilizing 1 is really dumb.

There are a lot of problems that pop up when coding a program with more than one thread though

This semester in university I had to make a few very simple programs with multithreading and even those were a pain in the bum

But I would expect that effort from huge software companies like Autodesk or adobe.

For small niche tools, a okay.

We @ CAD Exchanger actually made some breakthroughs in parallel computations and successfully utilise multiple cores. It’s a converter/viewer, not a modelling /rendering software.
