Then they still complain and say it’s not working when they did absolutely nothing to complete every step of the process. “This phone can’t tell me what to do! I fought in the war!!!”

So true haha. (There was a phone company once in 1992 around Oklahoma which used to sell instructions or manuals on how to enter certain keys. They made sure to intergrate each button in a way which alright I guess no-one should be reading this anymore at this point.
