If you have small ear canals they are very painful after a day or two. Basically every other brand is softer and easier to shape.

I asked the same exact question and they said my room is all the way at the other end of the hotel away from the tracks so it shouldn't be a problem. I'm not so sure...

I stayed at hotel where they warned me about the train noise. I didn’t take them that seriously. I got woken up at midnight by a train sounding like it was crashing through my room. The tracks were literally feet from my window.
