They’ll likely ebb And flow price wise till summers here. The reason is partly because of a really bad bird flu outbreak, feed shortages due to war and climate and also cuz of the time of year. Chickens lay less eggs when it gets cold out- not because it’s cold out but because there’s less daylight for less time than in the summer. You can get around this with daylight simulation bulbs (day bulbs) but then you wear out the chicken faster (they are the way they are for a reason). As the days get longer and bird flu numbers get better (like what’s happening slowly now) the prices will get better. I do doubt they’ll go back to their “regular” price we are use to seeing tho. Then again I’ve no idea what eggs cost, I’ve had chickens for the last 7ish years and haven’t bought eggs in that amount of time
