The language is German. I’m only aware of a Danish speaking minority in Germany, but not the opposite, so I suppose the museum is in Germany. Or Austria. Or Switzerland. Or maybe Luxembourg …

Ahh of course I see that now, after some closer inspection, we have a lot of people in Denmark who speak german since it’s one of the many languages we learn in our schools
