Well yeah, pizza boxes have so much grease in the cardboard, it gunks up the recycling machines if you try to process them with the other cardboard.

Domino's pizza boxes specifically say all over the box in big letters to recycle it, probably more so than the actual Dominos logo

Whether they actually recycle them or not, having a receptacle that's specifically the right size for pizza boxes probably makes people's lives a lot easier.
