That's not a rock. That's a graveyard.

If you went to Georgia, would you not cut rocks in half?

That's awesome. How do know the rocks will be interesting? Do you cut 100s of rocks to find one good one?

Great question! I would say at the beginning one out of 10 was pretty cool, that was three months or so ago. With just a few months experience, I would say one out of three is good! I do a ton of research about geology and our area, I’m sure that helps also. Safe travels!

Oh hey, you're not too far from me! If you ever want company on a rock finding and/or cutting adventure, I would seriously LOVE to tag along and learn about stuff and help carry your bucket o' rocks or whatever.

I've been interested in a vague way for years, but define I don't really have time to join the fossil group in Tampa I'm sort of lost.

I saw how you fit it in half and all it reminds me of is that cyanide and happiness skit of the dude who cuts prices in half.

Amazingly cool rock my dude

Very interesting! Took me right back to my childhood, I remember when my grandfather would do the same and teach me about the different fossils inside. Thanks!

I’m in st Pete! Venice is very well known for sharks teeth, including megalodons! That’s not too far from ya. I’m honestly shocked at how many cool rocks there are in all of Florida. Safe travels!
